BREAKING: From Campaign Donor to ‘Kill Me or Pay Me’: Man Reviews APC Investment Balance Sheet

In what appears to be Nigeria’s most dramatic “return on investment” complaint yet, a man on Thursday stormed the All Progressives Congress (APC) national secretariat in Abuja with a message as blunt as it was unsettling: reward me or kill me. The protest, captured in a now-viral video, shows the visibly distressed man holding a placard and demanding recognition for what he described as his personal sacrifices during the party’s 2023 campaign. According to him, loyalty was not just emotional, it was financial, physical, and, ultimately, total. In a country where political support often comes with expectations, some spoken, many implied the man’s outcry reads like a tragic audit of misplaced trust. His claim that he sold his house to fund campaign efforts has not been independently verified, but the symbolism is hard to ignore: a citizen liquidating stability in exchange for promised political dividends. Observers at the scene watched as the protester oscillated between anger and ...

11 Presidents with Unfinished Tenure In Nigeria

By Abioye Tosin Lawrence

In Nigeria, we often blame our leaders for unfinished projects and abandoned promises. But what if the real republic of incompletion is not in Aso Rock, but in the youth themselves? Welcome to the Hendecagon Generation- eleven sides, eleven crowns, eleven presidents, each ruling with noise but leaving behind unfinished tenures.

President Fashion Parade

Sworn in by Instagram likes, this president builds no industries, only wardrobes. His tenure ends the moment TikTok changes the soundtrack, and his cabinet is made up of sneakers and wigs.

President Fast Money

Crowned by betting slips, he promises instant prosperity. But tenure is always cut short by “loss.” His legacy? Empty wallets and half-built mansions in the imagination.

President Gossip Republic

This one campaigns daily with breaking news that never breaks ground. Tenure collapses when the next scandal appears, yet re-election is guaranteed because Nigerians love gist.

President Activism Online

Hashtags are his constitution, retweets his parliament. He rules gallantly until NEPA strikes or the data finishes. At that point, impeachment comes by silence.

President Japa Movement

Sworn in at the airport lounge, his cabinet includes visa agents and embassy queues. His tenure ends at immigration, where reality checks his passport harder than life checks his ambition.

President Street Credibility

Campaigns with slang and vibes, rules with noise and smoke. His tenure is loud but short, often ending in police sirens or a lecture from reality.

President Showbiz Illusion

This one builds an empire of streams, followers, and rented cars. His tenure glitters on stage but fades backstage. Unfinished because fame without foundation collapses in silence.

President Shortcut Education

His manifesto is simple: certificates without study, grades without sweat. Tenure is long enough to post “congratulations” pictures, but impeachment comes in the workplace when skill is demanded.

President Tribal Chief

Rules with division, stirring wars online and offline. His tenure never completes because hatred never finishes anything, it only burns.

President Fake Faith

Crowned in miracle centers, ruling with slogans like “receive it” and “it is well.” His tenure is forever unfinished because he confuses faith with laziness.

President Pleasure Unlimited

The last president of the Hendecagon. His cabinet is made of bottles, music, and weekend vibes. He rules the night but resigns every Monday

morning, leaving a generation tired, broke, and still unfinished.

The Republic of the Unfinished

And so, eleven presidents sit on eleven thrones, each unfinished, each distracting. The Hendecagon Generation is rich in talent, ideas, and fire, yet ruled by its own divisions.

The irony? These are the same youth who complain about corrupt politicians, not realizing they too have built their own Republic of Incompletion.

Until this generation dethrones its eleven presidents and crowns discipline, vision, and unity, Nigeria’s greatest promise will remain a project abandoned, not by leaders in power, but by leaders in waiting.

BREAKING: Esa-Oke Youths Reunite as Survivors, Caution Pelumi against revisionism

....we’re not your campaign slogan Once upon a glorious, chaotic 2017, practically every able-bodied youth in Esa-Oke held honorary title in the land: Personal Assistant to Barrister Pelumi Olajengbesi. No interviews. No pay. Just passion, blind loyalty, and the stamina to chase him from one campaign ground to the next like a political body double. From Comrade Mainframe to Comrade Swiss, from Yinka Oba to the humble football boys who carried cones like national flags, we were there. We were the movement. Until, of course. Now in 2025, Barrister Pelumi, clearly inspired by a Netflix political drama is on a media tour telling anyone who’ll listen that he "settled everyone who worked for him." Settled who, please? Maybe in his dreams or in the metaverse. In the real world, the story’s a bit different. Those of us from Obokun, who hustled day and night, got exactly zero: no thank you, no handshake. Take Sami, now a former Ward 7 councillor, no thanks from Pelumi. Folusho? Aregbe...

Assassination Attempt: Police can’t deny what’s on their desk, says Amotekun boss

The Corps Commander of the Osun Amotekun Corps , High Chief Dr Hon. Adekunle Isaac Omoyele , who is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital following an attempted assassination on his life on Monday, has strongly refuted the claims made by the Osun State Police Spokeperson regarding the incident. Reacting to the statement by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), who claimed that investigations had not commenced because the Commander had not provided evidence of the attack, the Amotekun boss expressed deep disappointment, labeling the police response as insensitive and misleading. "It is shocking that a police spokesperson would say there is no evidence of an attack when the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Ota-Efun Division — the nearest jurisdiction to the incident — was immediately informed," the Commander said. "Officers from that division visited the scene the same night, assessed the damage, evacuated the vehicle, and advised me to seek ...

I Will Pay $10M If Nnamdi Kanu Curtail Insecurity, Ezendigbo Challenge FG, S' East Politicians

The Founder of the Better Nigeria For Better People, Chief. CBN Onwuasoanya Ezendigbo, has lambasted the former Governor of Anambra State and the Presidential candidate in the last general elections under the Labour Party, Peter Obi, for facilitating efforts towards Nnamdi Kanu's release from detention. Ezendigbo, in a statement released on Thursday said that, Nnamdi Kanu lack power to stop insecurity in Southeast Nigeria. According to the former Presidential Aspirant, "Let's have a road map for a 2-month cease-fire agreement to demonstrate that to release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) would stop insecurity. He's just a political football fan for politicians, he said." "I am challenging both the federal government and Southeast politicians with $10M (Ten Million Dollars), they should tell Nnamdi Kanu if there will be no sit-at-home, no kidnapping in the region, that will give guarantee that he has control over insecurity in the southea...
