Old Trafford was alive with energy as Manchester United surged into a 2–0 halftime lead over Sunderland, showcasing a dominant performance that left fans optimistic for the second half.
Rúben Amorim's tactical setup, featuring a 3-4-2-1 formation, proved effective. New signing Benjamin Šeško led the line, supported by Bryan Mbeumo and Mason Mount, while Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes controlled the midfield.
