Nigeria has recorded a major breakthrough in its emerging space technology sector as Anas Isah, a Gombe-born aerospace engineer, successfully developed STRATON-X, the country’s first privately built indigenous rocket.
The innovation marks a significant milestone for Nigeria’s private aerospace community, demonstrating how homegrown expertise can push national technological boundaries despite limited resources and infrastructure.
STRATON-X, designed and built by Isah from the ground up, showcases advanced engineering capabilities in propulsion, aerodynamics, and lightweight structural design.
