As part of efforts to deepen football development at the grassroots and for effective co-ordination of activities in the state, Local Football Council has been established to consolidate on the existing five divisions which comprises Ikeja,Badagry,Ikorodu, Lagos and Epe.

The initiatives of the new helmsman in the state round-leather game target to unlock potential talents at the grassroots through the instrumentality of football.

Oki and his board are ready to work in tandem with the Lagos State Sports Commission to build a sustainable foundation for a vibrant sports industry and culture in order to make Lagos the leading sports destination in Africa.
