- Pledges unwavering commitment to the welfare and progress of Ijesa North Federal Constituency.
On this sacred occasion of Eid al-Kabir, we extend warm greetings to all Muslim faithful in Oriade/Obokun, across Osun State, and throughout Nigeria. As we commemorate the unwavering faith and obedience of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), we are reminded that true devotion lies not just in rituals, but in the courage to make sacrifices for the greater good.
In this season of prayer and reflection, we encourage all citizens to embrace the deeper meaning of Eid: humility before God, compassion toward one another, and commitment to justice and service. Let us share what we have with the less privileged, extend forgiveness, and rekindle the bonds that unite us as a people.
Eid al-Kabir is also a call to leaders, both in government and in our communities to lead with sincerity, to put the people first, and to pursue policies and actions that reflect the values we celebrate today: fairness, accountability, and sacrifice.
Speaking on his commitment, Wole Oke affirmed, “My determination and dedication to the common good of Ijesa North Federal Constituency, Osun State, and Nigeria remain unwavering. I am committed to working tirelessly to ensure that the voices of our people are heard, their needs addressed, and their welfare improved. Together, we can build a future grounded in justice, progress, and unity for all.”
Despite the challenges we face as a nation, we believe in the strength of our people, in the power of faith, and in the promise of a united Nigeria.
May this Eid bring peace to every home, healing to our land, and renewed hope to our hearts.
Eid Mubarak.
Signed,
Media and Public Communication Unit,
Obokun/Oriade Federal Constituency Office,
