This initiative would help improve communication, research, and education without relying on expensive mobile data subscriptions.

Local governments should also focus on safeguarding businesses by partnering with NGOs to roll out community Wi-Fi projects in cities and urban areas, particularly in high-traffic locations. This would enable public internet access for the entire community at minimal costs.
