For years, Oshoala carried not just the Nigerian flag, but the aspirations of an entire continent. From scoring in Champions League finals to topping goal charts in Spain's Liga F, her stats screamed Ballon d'Or but the silence from the award gatekeepers was deafening. When you dominate at FC Barcelona Femení, win league titles, conquer Europe, and still don’t crack the top three, questions must be asked.
