In what many are calling a calculated act of political vendetta, Sunday Bisi, Osun PDP Chairman, has reportedly lured the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Barr. Dosun Babatunde, into a scheme that misled Governor Ademola Adeleke into seizing the Ido-Oko farmland, a property ancestrally linked to the family of Hon. Wole Oke.
Beyond the land grab, Sunday Bisi’s moves appear deeply rooted in a long-standing resentment toward Ijesa North. His hatred for the region is now monumental.

Meanwhile, in a separate display of political theatre, Sunday Bisi recently celebrated a midday road patch in Ilesa as though it were the rebirth of all Ijesa land. One repaired street at 12pm, and suddenly the people of Obokun and Oriade were expected to kneel in gratitude.
Even more troubling is Bisi’s disregard or ignorance of Wole Oke’s tangible contributions to education and infrastructure. As a key member of the House Committee on TETFund, Hon. Oke facilitated critical funding for the development of Osun State College of Technology (OSCOTECH) in Esa-Oke. But rather than acknowledge that achievement, Sunday Bisi peddles half-baked narratives aimed at rewriting the region’s progress.
For those watching closely, it’s no longer just politics, it’s a coordinated campaign of exclusion, misinformation, and regional suppression.
