Not Reps, But Senate: Wole Oke’s Camp Rebukes PDP Chairman, Sunday Bisi's Alleged Offer

The political temperature within the Osun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) continues to rise, as the constituency office of Hon. Wole Oke has again
condemned the actions of the State Chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi.

According to credible sources, Hon. Bisi, accompanied by members of the State Working Committee, visited Hon. Oke at his Abuja residence with a surprise proposition, offering him a House of Representatives ticket. This, insiders insist, was never solicited by the seasoned lawmaker.

“The Senatorial ticket was the only matter Hon. Oke ever tabled,” a source close to the meeting disclosed. “He made no request for a House of Reps ticket, and the attempt to corner him into it was not only disrespectful but suspicious.”

Adding fuel to the fire, reports indicate that the Osun PDP Chairman met with another young aspirant later that same day in Abuja. Allegedly, he offered the same House of Reps ticket  but under what one source described as “terrible and manipulative conditions.”

Sunday Bisi brought his entire political team to serenade Wole Oke in Abuja with a surprise ticket he never ordered—yet, like a tailor short on fabric, he stitched half-truths into full-blown narratives that barely fit the facts.

Bisi was already on media, modeling a different version of the story-tight around the ego, loose on the truth, and padded with convenient amnesia.
