The Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Mountain of Mercy and Praise, popularly known as Ori Oke Aanu, Kajola, Owode-Ede, Osun State, is set to celebrate its fourth anniversary with a special thanksgiving service on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
The anniversary celebration, themed “Know Thou the God of Thy Father” and drawn from 1 Chronicles 28:9, will hold at the church auditorium located behind L/A Primary School, Adefila Street, Kajola, Owode-Ede. The programme is scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m.
The event is expected to attract worshippers, church leaders, families, friends and guests from within and outside Osun State as the congregation gathers to commemorate four years of spiritual growth, divine mercy and God's sustaining grace.
The anniversary service will be hosted by Pastor Daniel Agbolade and Lady Evangelist Daniel Agbolade, who have continued to provide spiritual leadership for the congregation since its establishment.
Among the distinguished guests expected at the celebration are Prophet (Dr.) George Oluwoye and Prophetess Adeyinka Oluwoye of CAC Mountain of Peace and Mercy, Ayepe, Ori Oke Aanu, Ijetu, Osogbo.
Musical ministrations will be rendered by the choir of CAC Mountain of Mercy and Praise, Kajola, Owode-Ede, alongside the choir of CAC Mountain of Peace and Mercy, Ori Oke Aanu Ayepe, Ijetu, Osogbo, creating an atmosphere of worship and thanksgiving.
According to the organisers, the anniversary theme was carefully selected to inspire believers, particularly the younger generation, to develop a deeper relationship with God and remain steadfast in the faith handed down by their forebears.
They noted that the thanksgiving service will provide an opportunity for members and well-wishers to reflect on God's faithfulness, protection and provision throughout the church's four-year journey.
The organisers further described the celebration as more than an anniversary event, saying it represents a moment of gratitude, spiritual renewal and rededication to God's service.
Members of the public, worshippers and well-wishers have been invited to join the congregation in celebrating what the church describes as the enduring faithfulness of “the God of our fathers.”
“Come, let us celebrate the God of our fathers,” the organisers stated.
