APC Lawmaker, Rep. Oluwole Oke, Hails Famurewa on Birthday, Commends His Service to Party and Constituents
A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the lawmaker representing Ijesa North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Busayo Oluwole Oke, has felicitated with Hon. Ajibola Israel Famurewa on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message issued on Sunday, Hon. Oke, who also chairs the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, praised Famurewa as a seasoned politician, dedicated leader, and loyal party man whose sterling contributions to public service and national development deserve commendation.
Highlighting Famurewa’s impressive record, Hon. Oke recalled his time in the National Assembly and his recent tenure as Chairman of the Osun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), where he championed several initiatives aimed at improving access to quality education across the state.
"Hon. Ajibola Famurewa has remained consistent in his passion for community development and integrity in leadership. His commitment to the ideals of progressive governance is evident in the legacy projects and reforms he championed while in office," Hon. Oke stated.
He further described Famurewa as a shining example of political maturity, noting that his journey through various spheres of public life continues to inspire a new generation of leaders. “His humility, loyalty to party principles, and unwavering dedication to the welfare of the people stand as a benchmark for those who seek to serve with purpose,” Oke added.
As he joined family, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate the milestone, Hon. Oluwole Oke prayed for divine grace, sound health, and renewed strength for Hon. Famurewa. He also urged him to remain steadfast in promoting the values of democracy and service to humanity.
