Honourable Busayo Oluwole Oke, a leading figure of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State and the member representing Oriade/Obokun Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has congratulated Engr. Dr. Bolorunduro Kehinde, widely known as Dr. BollyK, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering.
Hon. Oke, who chairs the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, described the achievement as a significant academic milestone that underscores Dr. Kehinde’s unwavering commitment to excellence, intellectual rigor, and resilience.

Dr. Kehinde, a native of the Idaado community in Oriade Local Government Area, earned his doctorate from the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE). A distinguished alumnus of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 2009—he demonstrated early leadership promise as Chief Justice of the LAUTECH Students’ Union Government under the Liberal Movement platform.
He later completed his Master’s degree in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, in 2016. A registered engineer with COREN and a member of the Nigerian Institution of Water Engineers, Dr. Kehinde is the founder of Fobol Solutions, a civil engineering consultancy known for providing expert solutions in design and infrastructure development.
Having begun his academic career at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi (FUAM), Dr. Kehinde later transitioned to FUOYE before relocating to Canada in 2023 to expand his academic and professional reach.
Beyond his academic achievements, Dr. Kehinde is a trusted mentee of Hon. Oke and serves as a strategic force within the BOO Initiatives—a platform committed to grassroots empowerment and sustainable development in the Oriade/Obokun constituency.
